Dive into a World of Fun and Learning

At My Anatomy Play School every class is a new adventure! Our engaging sessions are thoughtfully crafted to cater to the diverse interests and developmental stages of young children.

Each session will take us on a themed journey to explore a different part of the human body or mind, with movement activities including running and jumping, arts and crafts, and songs themed around it. Zoom through space, splash under the sea, or climb aboard the lung train... there will be lots of movement and your child is not expected to sit still for the entire session! Children will receive their very own MAPS passport and be able to collect stickers at every class.

If you or your child have any specific needs or concerns, please get in touch. We are confident that we can adapt our classes to suit you.

Mini Me (2.5-4 years)

Mini Me sessions are full of imaginative fun as we explore the human body and mind together! Be a red blood cell carrying oxygen from the heart to the muscles, travel through the tunnels of the bowels, or sing the hokey cokey with your left and right kidney going in, out, in, out and shake it all about! Songs, movement, crafts, and games will all be incorporated in our adventure.

Mini Me sessions are all about having fun and learning along the way, all while developing social skills and building confidence. Adult participation is required!

These classes are mainly aimed at 2.5-4 year olds. Children 5 years and under are welcome, and babies under 1 year do not need to book on.

What do parents say about the class?

"We loved it, really great mix of songs, activities and arts and crafts. Loved the fact it was teaching him something in the science field as I've not come across a class like that for toddlers/preschoolers. Loved the 'active' activity too to burn off some steam and then the quiet art and craft at the end."

"A fun educational class for toddlers to learn all about their amazing bodies."

"[Child's name] was super keen to tell his dad all about it - did you know the muscles need oxygen and it comes from the heart?"

"Fun, interactive class where we learnt lots about our feelings and what that means with some stories and activities."

"We really enjoyed our time. We felt it was fun and informative with structure and some free play as well. [Child's name] had lots of fun and really seemed to listen when you were talking. She has recently used a few emotion words since the class too."
