I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and loved spending time with children. 

The idea for My Anatomy Play School came to me whilst awake in the middle of the night feeding my baby, the way all best ideas do. It seemed mad to try and set up a new business amongst the chaos of a baby and toddler but it was too exciting to ignore, so here we are!

I graduated from Cardiff University with degrees in Medicine and Medical Education. I always knew I wanted to work with children, so becoming a paediatric doctor seemed the natural career choice.

As a mum of two, going to classes with my own children has made me realise how much I love seeing children grow and develop when they are in a fun and stimulating environment, and seeing the joy of parents and carers too. 

My hope is that MAPS can create a space for children and families to have fun and be creative whilst learning about their amazing bodies and minds - sparking knowledge and curiosity that will benefit them now, and as they grow up.

Seeing my MAPS dream become a reality brings me so much joy - I am beyond grateful to be on this journey with you.
